Waialua Estate Hawaiian Roasted Coffee

Waialua Estate, on the North Shore of Oahu, produces 155 acres of Coffee Arabica typica in this rich volcanic soil, and warm sub-tropical climate. Bordered by the steep, dramatic Waianae and Ko’olau mountains and tempered by the rolling Pacific surf, the coffee is as lush as its island surroundings. The trees are grown in hedge rows to facilitate mechanical harvesting. Rainfall is supplemented with regular drip irrigation. The harvest season begins in September and continues through February.

ROASTED COFFEE FROM HAWAII

Waialua Estate Coffee is available in Light and Dark Roast suitable for Drip Coffee, French Press or as Espresso producing a caramel blond crema and satiny texture.

SUNRISE LITE TO MEDIUM ROAST

This Medium Light roast is for those who prefer a sweeter, milder tasting coffee with no bitter notes This is our original roast style and is very popular. The coffee beans are medium light and toasty brown in color. Available in Ground or Whole Bean.

NORTH SHORE DARK ROAST

The Dark Roast is rich, smooth and full bodied with a distinct hint of chocolate. Perfect for those who enjoy a full-flavored coffee with a more pronounced slightly smoky aroma. The coffee beans are chocolate brown, with a light sheen of oil. Available in Ground or Whole Bean.

PEABERRY

This rare, tiny, football shaped bean is highly prized for its cute round shape, fine flavor and limited availability.
